Commercial Light Retrofit Program

Commercial buildings include high-rise buildings, warehouses, factories, retail stores, offices, parking structures, shopping malls, churches, school facilities, hospitals and nursing homes, etc.
As a business manager/owner you should be concerned about two essential issues; energy efficiency and cost. With our energy efficiency consultants we will make your endeavor simple in bringing solutions to maximize output and minimize cost. You will be surprised to know that same output can be achieved with more energy efficient measures, which will save you money on your bill.
You may want to take advantage of our energy efficiency services for the following reasons;
You want to bring more brightness while at the same time reducing energy consumption (retail stores for better display and atmosphere). |
|
You want to lower energy consumption without compromising brightness. (all buildings such as offices, stores, hospitals, etc.) |
|
You want drastic savings on consumption even if it means a slight decrease in brightness. (warehouse, parking, factories, etc.) |
Why should you invest for changing out your old lighting system?
You will reduce operating cost by saving 40% to 70% of lighting consumption. |
|
30% to 60% of the cost will be paid for by power utility companies through rebate programs until funds are exhausted. |
|
The investment you make will offset within 6 months to 12 months by the saving incurred from avoided cost. |
You can save up to 42% on lighting costs when you use T-8 linear lamps and electronic ballasts as opposed to T-12 lamps and magnetic ballasts. When incandescent bulbs are replaced with compact fluorescent bulbs 75% energy will be saved. LED exit signs will save up to 96% compared to conventional exit signs. We have various kinds of lamps, ballasts, par lamps, MR16, and CFL's that have better and longer illumination, enhanced color rendering and more constant light.
You can ask one of our energy efficiency consultants to prepare an "Energy Efficiency Analysis & Proposal (EEAP)" tailored to your building. The proposal will show you retrofitting cost, actual cost after rebate, monthly energy saving, and long term saving. It will show you that all your investment you paid for retrofitting will normally be paid off within a year or a maximum period of 18 months by energy savings incurred from retrofitting over time. Afterwards, you will be piling up huge savings/profits that would have been otherwise spent for energy consumption. You can also get tax deduction for the investment you make. (See www.lightingtaxdeduction.org)
Our energy efficiency consultants will survey your commercial facilities and offer you a comprehensive energy efficiency analysis and proposal. By reviewing the examples below, one can see how investment for retrofitting will offset by savings incurred from avoided costs.
