AES has been working with power utility companies, such as Southern California Edison, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Pacific Gas & Electric, and San Diego Gas & Electric, participating in their energy efficiency rebate programs, such as Multifamily Energy Efficiency Rebate Program (MEERP), Express Efficiency Program, and Commercial Lighting Efficiency Offer (CLEO). AES has extensive experiences and expertise with rebate programs to help you save your maintenance cost by tailoring rebate programs to meet your needs.
Multifamily Energy Efficiency Rebate Programs are available for apartments (more than 2 units), condominiums, and mobile parks, and retrofitting is done at no cost to customers. AES is engaged in various types of commercial buildings, such as high-rise buildings, hospitals and medical clinics, parking structures, school buildings, shopping malls, warehouses, and many retail stores. Rebate programs for commercial buildings offer 30% to 60% assistance of the total cost, but the investment is offset within 6 to 12 months by savings incurred by avoided cost.
