WHO IS QUALIFIED TO BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM?
Any apartments, mobile homes, and condominiums in areas serviced by Southern California Edison (SCE), Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E).

The new energy law approved in December, 2007 by Congress will put all screw-in type bulbs (incandescent bulbs) off the market beginning 2012 and phase out completely by 2014. GU base bulbs will be the next generation in the market. If you do not get these GU fixtures now with this program you would have to install them at your own expense later. |

HOW DOES THE REBATE PROGRAM WORK?
Any apartments, mobile homes, and condominiums in areas serviced by Southern California Edison (SCE), Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E).Once the apartment manager signs the application AES will complete all the paper work as well as installation. Utility company will issue AES a rebate check for the completed installation.
